Introduction

Membership is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy that automatically become an integral part of the contract upon registration. The operating company of meet2cheat is imaxx21.

§ 1 Collection of required information

In order to supply the service of the operating company, it is necessary that the operating company collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entrusted to it in accordance with the legal rules regarding protection of data privacy. This can only occur if the customer approves the collection, storage, processing and usage by agreeing to the privacy policy. This agreement is logged and recorded by the operating company.

Personal information is considered information that contains details regarding the personal and factual affairs of a certain or determinable member. During the registration and payment processes, details such as the following are requested: gender, date of birth, email address and credit card information.

The member grants the operating company the consent that all the information included in the profile accessible by other meet2cheat members can be forwarded to other members per email for the purpose of expanding the circle of interested members.

§ 2 Deletion and correction of information

The member can retract the consent regarding the storage of personal information or demand the correction of information stored by the operating company at any time. In the case of retraction of consent for the storage and processing of personal information, the operating company can then no longer provide the respective member with its service.

§ 3 Disclosure regarding stored information

The member is authorized to access and view his or her personal information stored by the operating company at any time and at no additional cost. This disclosure is provided in written form. The disclosure request is to be submitted to meet2cheat in written form and must be accompanied by a copy of the member’s identification documents.

§ 4 Use of cookies

The operating company employs so-called cookies to individually customize and optimize the usage of meet2cheat for its members. Cookies are not used to run or execute programs or transfer viruses to a computer. The primary purpose of cookies is rather to create an offering that is tailored to a certain individual member and to make the usage of the service as convenient and comfortable as possible. The installation of cookies can be prevented by a corresponding setting in the browser program. In this case, however, not all functions of meet2cheat can be accessed in their entirety.

§ 5 Use of tracking systems

The operating company uses Google Analytics to facilitate an analysis of the usage of meet2cheat. To accomplish this, Google Analytics employs so-called cookies. The compiled information stored by the cookies regarding the usage of meet2cheat, including the IP address, are transferred to a server located in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate the usage of meet2cheat in order to compile reports on activities for the operating company and to provide further services associated with its use and Internet usage. If necessary, Google will also transfer this information to third parties provided that this is required by law or as far as third parties are contracted to process this information on Google’s behalf. § 6 Use of personal information for advertising

The operating company displays advertisements tailored to suit a specific market need on meet2cheat for its members. Fragments of customer information are used for this target group-specific advertising in order to decide whether a certain advertisement should be displayed or not. The selection of target groups for advertisements occurs anonymously. When advertisers select the target groups for their advertisements according to demographic data, the operating company automatically displays these advertisements to the corresponding audience. The advertising clients receive anonymous data reports exclusively.

§ 7 Present available state of technology

The member is aware that the privacy policy regarding data transfer on the Internet cannot yet be comprehensively guaranteed at the present available state of technology. Especially emails do not represent a secured method of communication as the reading of contents by a third party cannot be technically prevented at the moment. In this respect, the member carries the responsibility for the security of the data transferred through the Internet.
